Diamonds & Jewelry | 30 Day Refund
Munami Inc. wants you to be fully satisfied with your diamonds and diamond jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping charges* Restocking fees and Re-appraisal fees do apply.
The item must be returned in good condition, without custom engraving and in its original packaging and with paperwork (such as instruction booklets or diamond certificates) and accessories to ensure a full credit. It's that simple.
** Points, Rewards and Credits **
If Activation Credits, Achievers Reward points or any further rewards gained from the purchase of your product ARE USED, the refund and exchange policy becomes null and void. Points, Credits and any rewards gained from your purchase must be unused in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Restocking and ReAppraisal Fees
A 10% restocking fee + $30 ReAppraisal fee will be charged on all diamond and jewelry returns processed.
How To Prepare A Return
To return a diamond or jewelry item to Munami Inc., please contact our Support Division at 905-364-0558 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to create a Return Ticket #. You will receive detailed instructions on how to process a Return to our office. Returns with no Munami Return Ticket # and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.
Our Return Process
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for Return. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned. Returns with no Munami Return Ticket #, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused. Once your Return is processed, your refund or new item will be processed within 30 days.
Returning an Item
1. If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our customer service centre at 905-364-0558 within 24 hours of receiving your package.
2. Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
3. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
5. For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

6. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our location.
7. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund may be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
